Amal Clooney
Amal Alamuddin Clooney was conceived in Beirut, Lebanon. The Arabic word for "hope" is'ml. Her family fled Lebanon at the age of two, when it was in the middle of civil conflict in Lebanon, to settle in Gerrards Cross Buckinghamshire. Ramzi Alamuddin received his MBA at the American University of Beirut. Ramzi Alamuddin was a Lebanese Druze that was from Baakline village, a part of the Alam al-Din Dynasty of Chouf District. In 1991[12][13] he returned home to Lebanon after the Civil War came to an end. Her mother, Baria (nee Miknass), was born to a family of Sunni Muslims in Tripoli in Northern Lebanon,[14][11] and a Palestinian-Jordanian[15] mother. She served as an foreign editor and political journalist for the Saudi-run al-Hayat journal. She founded International Communication Experts. The company, a part of a larger business, specializes in booking celebrities and publicity photos, as well as promotional events, etc. Amal was raised in Manila. She has two siblings and one brother. (18) Amal was a student at Dr Challoner's high school, an elementary school for girls located within Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire, before attending university. After that, she studied at St Hugh's College, Oxford, where she received an exhibition grant and the Shrigley Award. [19][20] In 2000, she graduated from the St. Hugh's College in Oxford, with the Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Jurisprudence. Following that she was accepted into New York University School of Law to earn the Master of Laws Degree (LL.M). The award she received was the Jack J. Katz Memorial Award in recognition of excellence in the area of entertainment law.
