Liz Vassey began her acting career when she was nine years old. She has appeared in over fifty productions and musicals. She moved from the south of England to New York at the age of 16 to be part of the cast of All My Children. She received her first nomination for an Daytime Emmy thanks to the performance she gave to the show. Liz who is a lifelong athlete recently made her debut director in the documentary feature film The Human Race which has launched. The film focuses on runners who are older than 50. In addition, she appeared as a mermaid in Flight of the Conchords and she was in the film The Rift directed by Shana Sosin.
