Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a sixteen year old American who was who was born in Miami Florida. Half English mixed with Spanish she is the daughter of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker, and Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. The father of her is Argentine with Scottish-English descent. Her mother is of Spanish as well as English descent. She was the first born of a clan with six kids. Four of her siblings are from the previous marriage to Taylor's father. Buenos Aires was her home until the age of six after which the family relocated to Victoria within London. Taylor Joy said the move from Buenos Aires to Victoria was difficult and she was not able to study English, hoping to go home to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was obligated to accept her. Then she enrolled in Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in productions. In her 16th year, she quit college and began pursuing a career as an actress full time. At a very young age, Taylor-Joy had a dream to be an actor and her dream came true when she was given a modeling job by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
